Shipping

Free standard shipping on all US orders. Packages ship via USPS and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

We also ship internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully packaged by hand and ship within 2–4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Returns

We want you to love your piece. If it's not right, we offer full refunds within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
You must contact us at stratastudiojewelry@gmail.com to request a return before shipping anything back

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we're not responsible for items lost in return transit.

What can't be returned

Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Custom or made-to-order pieces

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different piece, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Because every necklace is crafted with natural gemstones, each piece has unique color and pattern variations — even within the same design. We're happy to send additional photos of available pieces before you order so you can choose the one that speaks to you.
